MPD Drug Search Warrant

Four individuals have been arrested and charged with drug violations after narcotics and vice agents with the Morristown Police Department executed a search warrant in north Morristown Wednesday night.

Senca Smith, 41, is the resident of 2038 Buffalo Trail, apt. 3 that was the subject of the search warrant. He was arrested as a result of the narcotics found during the search and charged with Sale and Delivery of a Schedule VI Drug (marijuana), Possession for Sale/ Sale and Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities, and Schedule III Drug Violation (suboxone).

Crystal Estep, 42, who is also a resident of the apartment was arrested as a result of the narcotics found during the search and charged with Possession of Schedule VI Drug (marijuana), Possession of Methamphetamine. She also had an outstanding warrant for violation of community corrections.

Joshua Crews, 36, from Bean Station was arrested after agents found him trying to dispose of items in his pockets. He was found to have a glass vial containing approximately one gram of methamphetamine and had access to items to package and distribute narcotics. He was charged with Possession for Sale/ Sale and Delivery of Methamphetamine.

A fourth suspect, Andrew Allison, 36, of Mooresburg was found hiding in the apartment with a bag containing approximately 2.9 grams of methamphetamine and plastic bags and other items needed for the distribution of narcotics. Allison was charged with Possession for Sale/ Sale and Delivery of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities.
